Awards span installation craft, customer experience, apprenticeship contribution, and community impact. Every nominee is a verified NFA member in good standing, and every vote is cast by another member of the association — no rented mailing lists, no paid placements.
Who can be nominated
Any active NFA member with a verified Nevada contractor license, current insurance, and at least one full year on the directory by the nomination deadline.
Who votes
NFA members in good standing. Members can't vote for themselves; weighting balances Northern and Southern Nevada to keep one region from sweeping the slate.
What winners receive
A physical award, a year-long Stamp of Excellence Plus designation on the directory profile, and a feature in the November member newsletter and social channels.
